Aidflex's story began a few years ago when Yuri practiced in public clinics. He often worked with individuals whose diseases resulted from bad posture and sports injuries. While treating his patients, Yuri noticed that diverse physical exercises were key to helping these individuals get better.
Yuri also realized that not all of his patients liked difficult, fast-paced workouts. Some of them preferred a calmer, more relaxed routine. Thus, Yuri started searching for alternative exercise plans. He took inspiration from yoga, Pilates, tai-chi, suspension training, and many other disciplines to develop a new training system for his patients
